Had dinner here last night for my birthday and it was amazing! We made reservations and were seated as soon as we walked in. The ambiance and service was excellent! Our food was delicious we had the 1/2 chicken, Mac and cheese and brussel sprouts. The portions were good and the pricing was as well. We met the owner and she was so humble and sweet! Highly recommend. We were visiting from NY

The whole chicken with sides, the mushrooms and the crab dip appetizer fed 4 people (very well). Try all of the dipping sauces! Sat at the bar and they had us laughing the whole time. Great food, amazing vibes. Check this place out!!!

Our server, her name was Kia, she was very nice and well informed! She was very attentive! S/O to her she was the best. We wanted to keep the party going so she recommend other spots we can visit after our meal was done (eg. Mama Koko). Now let’s move onto the food when I tell you this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The meat was tender. Everything was great everything I don’t know how much I need to stress that everything was great. I really like the soursop drink we had. That was good. We had the duck confit it fell apart so good. The mac & cheese, as the young kids say, it slapped. we ordered all the sides. We also had the sweet potato puree crumble that was good too. Y’all need to come and visit this restaurant!!

My family and I recently celebrated my mother’s 70th birthday at Rooted Rotisserie, and let me tell you, it was a memorable experience from start to finish! My mom first heard about this place on the Tamron Hall Show, while I had it bookmarked after Keith Lee’s review, so expectations were high. Spoiler: They did not disappoint! RESERVATIONS & PARKING: Booking a reservation for a large party was a bit tricky, but with some persistence, we secured one for a snowy Sunday. They have a small parking lot to the right of the building and street parking, so plan ahead if the weather’s not ideal. ATMOSPHERE: The vibe inside is everything. Cozy yet modern, with white brick walls, warm wooden tables, and soft pendant lighting. It feels chic but welcoming—perfect for a family gathering, date night, or even just a night out with friends. The bar area is gorgeous too, with high-backed chairs and minimalist decor that adds a nice touch of personality to the space. SERVICE: Our server, Tiffani, was AMAZING. She greeted us warmly, offered us samples of the house drink (which we loved), and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night. She was patient, friendly, and so helpful with our large party. Seriously, give this woman a raise. THE FOOD: Now to the good stuff: the food. We ordered a bit of everything, starting with all the small plates (yes, everything) and sides, plus a whole rotisserie chicken with garlic aioli and spicy pepper sauce. Every dish was Instagram-worthy, but more importantly, packed with flavor. • Wings: Spicy, flavorful, and balanced beautifully by the sauce at the bottom of the plate. A must-try. • Shrimp: Perfectly charred with a smoky, caramelized finish. Add a squeeze of lemon, and it’s game over. • Mac & Cheese: So creamy and cheesy with the perfect breadcrumb crust. We ended up ordering a second round because one serving wasn’t enough for six people. • Fries: Golden, crispy, and topped with truffle, Parmesan, and parsley. Literal perfection. • Brussels Sprouts: Crispy and golden with a sweet-savory glaze and fried shallots. Even non-sprout fans would be tempted. • Sweet Potato Puree: This was the only dish I’d skip next time—whipped a little too smooth for my liking. • Rotisserie Chicken: Tender, flavorful, with crispy caramelized skin. Double up on sauces if you’re sharing with a group because they go fast. The staff even brought out tiramisu with a candle for my mom and let us sing happy birthday. She wasn’t a fan of the bottom layer, but it’s the thought that counts! PRICING: Our total was 184.76 for six people, which included an 18% gratuity. That’s an absolute steal for the quality of food and service we received. Heads up: They’re a cashless establishment, so plan accordingly. FINAL THOUGHTS: Rooted Rotisserie nailed it—from the food to the atmosphere to the service. Special shoutout to Tiffani for making the night extra special. If you’re planning to go (especially with a large group), book weeks in advance and make sure you go hungry! Wings, shrimp, salad, and mac & cheese are absolute standouts. Can’t wait to go back and relive the magic.

Sensational food! Amazing resturant! Everything was delicious. I had the half chicken, fried Brussel sprouts, and char grilled shrimp! I would give 6 stars if I could, especially for the shrimp which was amazing I highly recommend this place and I plan to make it a priority to return here again soon.

Loved the decor The restaurant is a whole vibe. Food was delicious. Limited menu but what's on the menu is perfected especially the Brussel sprouts. Charred shrimp was exceptional along with the wings. Food seasoned very well. The lemonade was refreshing. A must try.

Wonderful ambiance and great service. The rotisserie chicken is incredible and the chicken breast in particular was one of the best I’ve ever had. The charred shrimp appetizer and the brussel sprouts were also delicious. We had a wonderful dessert as well that I can’t remember the name of. This is a Baltimore gem and should definitely be on the top of your list if you live in the area.
